Grilled Lamb Chops with Rosemary Marinade

  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 2-3 sprigs fresh rosemary (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • Salt
    to taste
Directions
  • Prepare Marinade

    In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, rosemary, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

  • Marinate Lamb

    Coat lamb chops evenly with marinade.
    Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (best overnight for deep flavor).

  • Preheat Grill

    Heat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
    Lightly oil the grates to prevent sticking.

  • Grill Lamb Chops

    Place lamb chops on hot grill:

    • Cook 3–4 minutes per side for medium-rare
    • Cook longer if you prefer well done

     

    Brush with leftover marinade or olive oil while grilling for extra juiciness.

  • Rest & Serve

    Let lamb rest for 5 minutes before serving.
    Garnish with rosemary and serve hot.
