Creamy Paneer Tikka Skewers with Mint Yogurt Marinade

  • 200 paneer (gram)
  • 1/2 cup thick curd
  • 1 tbsp mint paste
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp roasted cumin powder
  • 1 tbsp mustard oil or olive oil
  • Salt
    to taste
Directions
  • Prepare Marinade

    In a bowl, add thick curd, mint paste, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, spices, oil and salt. Mix well until smooth and creamy texture forms.

  • Marinate Paneer

    Add paneer cubes into marinade and gently coat them.
    Cover and refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours so flavors absorb properly.

  • Grill or Cook
    • Grill on medium heat for 10–12 minutes
    • Turn occasionally for even char
    • Brush leftover marinade for extra flavor
  • Serve

    Serve hot with mint chutney, lemon wedges and salad.
    Best enjoyed fresh and smoky.
