Directions
- Prepare Marinade
In a bowl, add thick curd, mint paste, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, spices, oil and salt. Mix well until smooth and creamy texture forms.
- Marinate Paneer
Add paneer cubes into marinade and gently coat them.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours so flavors absorb properly. - Grill or Cook
- Grill on medium heat for 10–12 minutes
- Turn occasionally for even char
- Brush leftover marinade for extra flavor
- Serve
Serve hot with mint chutney, lemon wedges and salad.
